• Leading and Managing of the company,

• Coordinates activities and operations of the company,

• Organize regular meetings every Saturday to discuss activities of the company,

• Assigns and monitors activities of company’s departments and its business,

• Drafts policies of the company and helps their implementation,

• Requires, reviews and analyzes business reports of the company,

• Provides comments, suggestions and recommendations,

• Improves system of reward and incentives for employees of the company,

• Coordinates work activities with its managers,

• Creates connections and cooperation with local and international partners in coordination with Administrative Director,

• Negotiates and signs important contracts,

• In cooperation with managers prepares monthly, quarterly and annual plan of activities and strategic development of the company.
